Full paper submission deadline

Please take note that only papers for which authors have paid their registration fees for the conference and have presented their papers (co-authors accepted) at the conference will be published in the conference proceeding.

The key elements for paper submission are:

  • Only two papers will be accepted in the final program of the conference per registration fee.
  • All papers are requested in English with a level of spelling and grammar suitable for publication,¬†and must be formatted using the template of the conference below.
  • A minimum one-day registration is required to present one paper


When submitting papers, please upload the following:

  1. A pdf file:
    • NAMING your files: please use “##-AuthorSurname-Paper” for full length papers or “##-AuthorSurname-XAbstract” for extended abstracts or case studies. For example:
      • 452-McMartin-Paper
      • 452-McMartin-XAbstractA pdf file of the paper
  2. Signed copyright form: This form is intended for original material submitted to the CSCE for publication of papers in the Conference Proceedings. This form MUST signed and emailed to: Lois Arkwright in order to be published by the CSCE and included in the 2020 Conference Proceedings.
